How do I create a new group?
To create a group we will start by visiting the Welcome Center. From there click Groups on your Account Menu, and then click Add New Group on the right hand side. You can also click on the Groups button located at the top of every page on the Top Navigation Bar, then click Create A Group.
How do I join a group?
First visit the group you would like to join. Then click the Join Button located to the right of the group display picture. Then confirm your joining by clicking the Confirm Button.
Where do I find out what groups I have joined or created?
We will start by visiting the Welcome Center. From there click Groups on your Account Menu. You can also click on the Groups button located at the top of every page on the Top Navigation Bar, then click My Groups.
How do I leave a group?
Visit the groups url and then click the "Remove Me" button.
How do I manage a group I have created?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.
If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center" button towards the top of the screen on the Main Menu.
Once you are at the welcome center click the "Groups" link located on your Account Menu.
Click on which group you would like to manage under "Groups I Have Created".
