I've Never used tobacco, alcohol or mind altering drugs and am opposed to pharmaceutical drugs as well. Love and respect my body and consider it to be a holy temple and not to be abused by anything harmful.
I teach holistic natural living. I am deeply spiritual, but not religious.
My philosophy is simple: to do the most possible conscious good—for the upliftment and enrichment of humankind, Mother Earth, the environment, and Nature and her kingdoms and creatures—and to do the least possible conscious harm.

Movies
Only movies that are inspiring, uplifting and ennobling. Unfortunately the vast majority of movies are written, and produced by dark-hearted individuals for the purpose of undermining the fabric of society. The movies are designed to desensitize, demoralize and dehumanize. They are replete with violence, killing, exploitation and sexual promiscuity. The movies glorify smoking, drinking, drug use, violence, sexual perversions and homosexuality. The same is true of television programs. Movies and television programs are deliberately created to dumb down the great sleeping masses of humanity and turn them into non-thinking sensations seekers. This is a sad commentary on a very sick society..
