ZenZuu FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) – Profile,
My Account, Mail, Feedback
These FAQ are a combination of questions pulled from
the ZenZuu help section, from ValueGreen’s website (with his approval), and
from the many questions I receive from members.
Please refer to these blogs before asking me general
questions. And please let me know if you find any errors so I can correct it.

Profile FAQ
· How do I see my profile on my ZenZuu site?
Once you have logged into your personal ZenZuu site, click on "Welcome
Center". In the Welcome Center, click on "Profile". Here you
will see your profile as others see it.
· How do I change my profile?
Once you have logged into your personal ZenZuu site, click on "Welcome
Center". In the Welcome Center, hover your mouse cursor over the arrow
beside "Profile". Select from the drop down menu which part of your
profile you would like to change and make the necessary changes.
· How do I add a hyperlink on my profile page?
When you are in your “Profile Settings” section to edit your profile, you must
input the whole URL address of your website, including http:// (for example:
http://www.mysite.com). This will create a hyperlink that says “Click Here”. My
suggestion is to blend “Click Here” into a sentence.
If you want to show the actual URL address on your profile without a hyperlink,
just type in the website address without the http:// (for example:
www.mysite.com will show www.mysite.com on your profile).
My Account FAQ

Why can't I log-in to my account?
Make sure that you are logging in with the correct password and username.
Clear your browser's cookies and temporary Internet files and then try logging
in again. You may want to go to the welcome email you received when you first
joined ZenZuu. Copy and paste your email address and password and see if that
works. Many times login errors are user typo errors.
ZenZuu may delete profiles if they violate the site's Terms and Conditions.
Make sure your profile was not deleted by doing the following: Find your
profile on your site by typing in www.zenzuu.com/yourdisplayname . If you find
your profile, try re-typing in your email address and password.
· What if I forgot my password?
Retrieve your password by going to:
https://www.zenzuu.com/signup/ForgotPassword.aspx
Follow the instructions there. You will need to enter the email address that we
have on file for your account. ZenZuu will then directly email you your account
information.
· How do I change my password?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.
If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center" button
towards the top of the screen.
In the Welcome Center, click the "Settings" link located just above
your picture. In the Settings Center, click on the "Account Info"
Tab. Then click "Change My Password". Type in your new password and
click save.
· How do I change my email address?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.
If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center"
button towards the top of the screen.
In the Welcome Center, click the "Settings" link located just above
your picture. In the Settings Center, click on the "Account Info"
Tab. Then click "Change My Email Address". Type in your new Email
Address and click save.
· How do I change my profile details?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.
If you are not at your welcome center click the "Welcome Center"
button towards the top of the screen on the Main Menu. In the Welcome Center,
click the “Setting” link located just above your picture. Edit your information
and click save.
· Why was my login banned?
We block your account if you fail to type in the correct email address and
password 9 times. However after 6 incorrect attempts we give you a warning message.
· How can I get Un-Banned?
You must fill out a feedback ticket and provide your Name, Address and SSN. We
then must approve it. This process can take between 3 to 7 business days.
Mail FAQ
· How do I check my mail on my ZenZuu site?
Once you have logged into your personal ZenZuu site, click on "Welcome
Center". In the Welcome Center, click on "Inbox".
Also if you have any unread messages, in your Welcome Center there will be a
red message to the right of your picture that says “ “. Click on it and you
will go to your inbox.
· How do I send mail on my ZenZuu site?
Once you have logged into your personal ZenZuu site, click on "Welcome
Center". In the Welcome Center, hover your mouse cursor over the arrow
beside "Inbox". Click on "Compose Message" from the drop
down menu.
Or you may go to the personal page of the person/entity you want to write to
and click on the “Send Message” button to the right of the picture.
· How can I see what messages I have sent to
other ZenZuu members?
Once you have logged into your personal ZenZuu site, click on "Welcome
Center". From that page, hover your mouse cursor over the arrow beside
"Inbox". Click on "Sent Messages".
Or, from your inbox, click on “Sent”. In the sent folder, if the box next to
the message has been checked off that means the receiver read the message. If
it is not checked off, the receiver did not read the message yet.
Feedback FAQ
If you have any of these problems, you can go to the Contact/Feedback page to
report it. You will find a link on the bottom of all pages under the Quick Help
section. You will be taken to this page:

· Where do I report underage users?
Users must be at least 14 years of age to join ZenZuu. Your profile may be
deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe
that you are under 14 years of age or if we believe you are 14 through 17 years
of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older.
If you believe you have seen a user under 14 years of age on ZenZuu.com, or a
user who is 14 through 17 years of age and is representing themselves as 18 or
older, please contact ZenZuu with the URL or Display Name at the Feedback page.
· Where do I report spammers?
Make sure you are logged into your ZenZuu Account.
You can also contact ZenZuu with the URL to the profile of a spammer, and
details of how you were spammed by emailing ZenZuu at the Feedback page.
· Where do I Report Abuse and Inappropriate
Content?
If you think someone is violating Terms & Conditions, please contact ZenZuu
with the users display name and ZenZuu URL at the Feedback page.
· Where do I report a site error?
Please provide ZenZuu with the following information: Description of error,
what you were doing when you encountered the error, and the URL of the error,
and send to ZenZuu at the Feedback page.
