I teach Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, and Lohan Qigong (and Chinese Lion Dancing later) at University of Hawaii in Manoa / Honolulu, Hawaii. Lohan Qigong is a slow moving medical exercise similar to Tai Chi Chuan. I love teaching, assisting, and supporting others because I enjoy seeing people grow in many aspects of their lives: physically, spiritually, mentally, etc. I strive for Personal Growth, as well as helping others. I also enjoy watching movies, playing billiards, watching the sunset, or gazing up at the stars on the cool sand at the beach.

I enjoy a many different kinds of movies... Action, adventure, sci-fi, comedy, horror. But I tend to watch more kung fu/martial arts movies.

I tend to read Success and Personal Growth types of books.
