Music
Varied music interests. Just listened to 5 days of all blues all de time on the Siruis Blues Channel and 2 days of Grateful Dead music on a road trip to the east coast -- I rented a car with Satellite radio for a week! In the last few years I have seen Kid Rock, Melissa Etheridge, Puddle of Mud, Peter Rowan and Tony Rice, The Blue Grass All Stars, Katie Laur, Rat Dog (several times), acoustic Hot Tuna, Walter Traut, Bruce Katz, Kelly Richie, Sam Bush and all the blues greats at the Cincy Blues Fest! Also, I love to listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kid Rock, Ferron, Connie Kaldor, David Grissom,Linkin Park, System of a Down, Death Cab for Cutie (I Will Follow you into the Dark!), Everclear, Garbage, Sarah McLaughlin ... to name a few.
Books
Just finished "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hll (1937) and attended a mastermind group / book discussion on it! May start a Think and Grow Rich group for prosperity here in Cincinnati! I read Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth" with a book discussion group at the Unity Church and we are reading / reviewing "Truth's Pathway to Peace and Happiness" by John Love. Also reading "Sacred Secrets". I recently finished "Fear of Fifty" by Erika Jung (my token fiction book for the year). Last year, I read fiction book "Running with Scissors" by Burroughs. I read anything by Patricia Monaghan, Patricia Telesco and Edain McCoy. I have met and autographed copies of books by Vicki Noble, Zee Budapest, and Shekinah Mountainwater.
